Belle Pumping Station repairs delay

A discovery of more damaged equipment at the Belle Pumping Station has led to a further delay in the completion of emergency work there.

It means that some customers in Bridgetown, surrounding areas and Christ Church will continue to experience low pressure and in some cases outages possibly until Friday.

No work was done last night as the Belle Pumping Station was put to run at full capacity to replenish a number of reservoirs which ran low.

Barbados Water Authority General Manager, Keithroy Halliday gave an update on the Morning Report.
