As it completes its recovery from a cyber attack, the City of Bridgetown Co-operative Credit Union Limited has seen an overwhelming response to its revamped online services.
Chief Executive Officer Steve Belle tells CBC the uptake of the credit union’s mobile and online services has been tremendous and the on-boarding of the Easy Pay platform has caused management to extend hours and add phone lines.
He says after three weeks rollout their members are experiencing revolutionary use of the services offered by the credit union and adds that it gives them several options.
The level of membership which wants to use the new services is so high that they’ve been spreading the word to others and its stretching staff to capacity.
