Lamb hams will be back on tables this Christmas.
Word of this came from National Independence Festival of Creative Arts (NIFCA) 2008 Governor General’s Award Winner, Michelle Maloney-Smart.
Now a director at Smart Meats, she told CBC’s Business Report it’s a labour of love.
The award-winning chef said the lamb ham project is meant to satisfy non-pork lovers in society, and Smart Meats will soon be in supermarkets across Barbados.
