Tough days for Barbadian cyclists

Barbadian cyclists had two tough days in round 3 of the 2023 Tissot UCL Track Nations Cup in Milton, Canada.

Edwin Sutherland did not make the podium in the Men’s Elimination Race yesterday, finishing 17th overall, in a field of 24 riders.

Meanwhile Jamol Eastmond did not qualify to the Scratch Race of the Men’s Omnium.

Eastmond competed in heat one of two, but placed 17th after he didn’t finish the event.

Amber Joseph will be competing in the Women’s Omnium Race tomorrow, while Eastmond and Sutherland will be in the Men’s Madison Race.
