A call is being made for the youth to be given a better understanding of financial matters.
It is coming from Minister of Energy and Business Development Senator Lisa Cummins speaking during the Fund Access’ Keeping It Real Series.
She said a financial literacy programme has already started in schools and is the lead-up to a financial literacy summit that has been earmarked for Barbados next year.
