Flea markets are becoming popular around the island and are being embraced by young people.
21 year old entrepreneur Zaria Griffith has created her own, called the Northern Flea Market.
She tells CBC the idea has come from vending at similar events, a desire to provide something for residents of northern parishes and to give young people exposure.
It is based each Saturday at the Mahaica Playing Field in Speightstown, St. Peter and the young lady is also doing her part to attract activity to the northern city.
Apart from running the flea market, Zaria is involved in organic farming and the production of healthy beverages through her business called the Bajan Health Corner.
