300 new COVID-19 cases – 145 males and 155 females – were reported on Wednesday, November 10th. The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory conducted 1,910 tests.
The new positives comprise 66 people who are under the age of 18, and 234 who are 18 years and older.
There are 937 people in isolation facilities, and 6,522 in home isolation.
Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of individuals with at least one dose is 151,082 (66.2 per cent of the eligible population).
The total number of people who have received their second doses and are fully vaccinated is 131,187 (48.4 per cent of the total population or 57.4 per cent of the eligible population).
The eligible population represents those who are 12 years and older.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, the public health laboratory has carried out 409,127 tests and recorded 21,311 cases (10,268 males and 11,043 females) of COVID-19.
