The National Transformation Initiative (NTI) has gone global and will play a part in the upskilling of young Africans.

The NTI has partnered with Kenyan-based organisation, Apprentice Job Work (AJW) Africa through which Kenyans will access its platform.

The two entities cemented the partnership during a virtual signing of a memorandum of understanding.

The signing is a first step toward deepening the working relationship between the two entities.

AJW Africa works with corporations and development partners to create sustainable livelihoods within African communities.

Chief Executive Officer, Jane Mwangi expects through their partnership, gaps that exist in helping youth reach their full potential will be filled.

Director of the NTI, Dr. Allyson Leacock says the first step with AJW will be the recruiting of candidates in the areas of tourism and hospitality, health care, and ICT.
