The Alliance Owners of Public Transport says there’s cause for concern about the behaviour of PSV operators.
Director of Public Communications and Public Affairs Mark Haynes, says he disapproves of any behavior that’s not in line of showing the highest level of customer service.
Chairman of the Alliance Owners of Public Transport Roy Raphael, however, listed some disadvantages to the sector, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic.
