Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Dale Marshall has broken his silence on the matter of the Lands of Savoy Development (Barbados) Inc.
That development, located at Bay Street in the City, was purchased a few years ago by a company owned by Alan Kinch, under a previous administration.
However, in a statement issued today, Mr. Marshall says since coming to office, Government communicated its intention for the land.
The Attorney General also spoke about the operations at the site, which he says have not been approved by the Planning and Development Office and health authorities.
Here is his full audio statement.
