The Congress of Trade Unions and Staff Associations supports the Integrity Legislation as it relates to Parliamentarians, political appointees and boards of state owned enterprises, but not the inclusion of family members of senior civil servants.
The position has been outlined by General Secretary Dennis de Peiza.
The CTUSAB head believes the legislation should look at issues of favouritism and nepotism.
