Efforts are ongoing to tackle the issue of noise pollution on island.
While admitting it will be a complicated matter Attorney General Dale Marshall says the Ministry of Environment has begun working on the approach needed.
Concerns were raised by a resident of a Black Rock, St. Michael community about noise from a nearby establishment during last evening’s St Michael Speaks.
Mr. Marshall revealed currently, the laws do not allow the Ministry of Environment to take action against noise pollution.
Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley believes the country has to settle on parameters for noise pollution.
