Barbados has been reassured the Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training is taking reading in schools seriously.
Chief Education Officer, Dr. Ramona Archer-Bradshaw says the matter has the attention of the Ministry.
She was among the panel for the latest consultation on the proposals for education transformation, held at the Princess Margaret Secondary School.
