The Government has been receiving countless commendations from medical professionals for its decision to construct a new geriatric hospital at the Botanical Gardens.
This was revealed by Government Senator Patricia Parris yesterday as she delivered her contribution in the Upper House.
She says while there have been concerns expressed about possible noise and vehicular emissions regarding the proposed relocation she says developers have assured they have taken on board these concerns.
Senator Parris says Government has seen the conditions in which nurses there presently operate and is committed to improving their plight.
