The Barbados Medicinal Cannabis Licensing Authority is expected to rake in at least 1.5 million dollars in application and licensing fees by month-end, as interest in the sector continues in earnest.
That’s according to Agriculture Minister, Indar Weir.
Providing more information on the industry, the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Authority Shanika Roberts-Odle, says another 12 licences have been approved by the board.
