The Firearms (Amendment) Bill 2022 revises the definition of imitation firearms.
Speaking in the House of Assembly today, Home Affairs Minister Wilfred Abrahams, explained the term now covers anything that appears to be a firearm, whether or not it’s capable of discharging shots.
