Despite setting the goal of achieving 100% renewable energy by the year 2030, Barbados is not on track to meet that target.
Minister of Energy and Business Development, Senator Lisa Cummins says this is due to a range of circumstances contrary to what was envisaged in 2019.
Her comments came as Debate on the Appropriation Bill continues in the Lower House.
