Chief Education Officer Dr. Ramona Archer-Bradshaw has provided more information about the Ministry of Education’s proposal to abolish the 11 Plus.
She gave the details during a presentation at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre today.
Meanwhile, Director of Education Reform Dr. Idamay Denny adds that the proposal calls for the creation of the Master Teacher post and the introduction of specialist teachers as well.
There will be thirteen public consultations between now and November, to give the public the opportunity to provide feedback on what is being proposed.
