The days of extensive delays relating to business applications are coming to an end.
That’s the word from Business Development Minister Senator Lisa Cummins who says a change is necessary to ensure Barbados remains competitive.
She’s warned her Ministry the pace of processing must pick up.
She spoke to the matter during her address at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados’ Annual Conference at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre.
Senator Cummins also explained how the shift will be important to the functioning of the recently announced Business Barbados entity.
