A call for Barbadians to reach out to Government agencies for assistance instead of abandoning relatives at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Chief Operations Officer Dr. Christine Greenidge says there are close to fifty elderly able bodied people left at the health care institution.
Dr. Greenidge says she empathises with Barbadians who have demanding work commitments and cannot personally attend to the needs of their elderly relatives.
However she is encouraging them to reach out to Government agencies for help.
