The University of the West Indies Cave Hill will soon be bringing its line of low calorie food products to market.
That’s the word from Deputy Principal Professor Winston Moore.
He says the products, created by a team of researchers based at the UWI, originated at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in a bid to help control diabetes.
